We provide grounding exercises and breathwork. We use these environments to anchor attention to the present moment using breathing patters, the senses in virtual environment. the goal is to reduce mental overwhelm, dissociation, rumination -, or panic by reconnecting the user to "here and now". The purpose is to shift attention away from internal distress and toward eternal sensory input.
